THE CHALLENGES

As BIEBS hands over the keys to Mr. Namgyel (Name changed) on 30th September, 2023; his face beaming bright with all happiness and relief. The much-awaited home has finally touched the finished line.
The construction of 4 storied building which has commenced prior to COVID19 pandemic was a constant eyesore to him. 48 months has lapsed yet it was still a white elephant until BIEBS came for his rescue.
Mr. Namgyel lost Nu.1.80 million through advance payments to Labour Contractor, so called Thrikhadar. Mr. Thrikhadar never returned to resume works after COVID19.
The project was in total mess when BIEBS agreed to help him. A step-by-step approach was initiated to resolve issues and challenges at site.
After 6 months, BIEBS could successfully hand over the project.
Customer first approach is our mission. Going beyond the mandate of the project is our topmost priority to ensure customer delight.
For Namgyel, obtaining occupancy certificate from Thromde was must. BIEBS attended to his requirement which has eased his work.
Employer Employee relationship was excellent. Our professionalism gained full trust and confidence of client.

  • BIEBS adopted a step-by-step approach to resolve issues and challenges, and within 6 months successfully completed and handed over the project.
