Mr. Lobzang Tenzin
Chairman Mr. Lobzang Tenzin Masters of Business from Queensland University of Technology, Australia and he has worked in Civil Service, DML FDI Company under DHI, GBCL, STCBL, Mining Company & Private Limited Companies. Currently, he is proprietor of Depel Argo Tech Private Limited.
Mr.Chador Wangdi
Chief Executive Officer Mr. Chador Wangdi is the CEO and Co-Founder of BIEBS Private Limited. Before establishing BIEBS, he served as the Director at the State Trading Corporation of Bhutan (STCB) and contributed his expertise to the Ministry of Works and Human Settlement for nine years as an HR Officer.
Academically, Mr. Wangdi holds a Master of Business from Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Australia; a Postgraduate Certificate in Development Management (PGCDM) from the Royal Institute of Management (RIM), Thimphu; and a Bachelor of Science from Sherubtse College. Recognized for his dedication and capabilities, he was selected as a civil servant through the Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC).
Under his leadership, BIEBS Tours & Travels continues to set new benchmarks in Bhutan’s tourism and service industry.
Mr.Thinley Wangdi
Board of Directors Mr.Thinley Wangdi brings over a decade of senior-level experience in government service and three years of strategic leadership in the corporate sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Sherubtse College and a Post Graduate Diploma in Forestry from the prestigious Indira Gandhi National Forest Academy (IGNFA), India.
Currently, Mr. Wangdi is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Canada West in Canada, further enhancing his expertise in business management and leadership.
With a strong background in governance and strategic development, Mr. Wangdi is a key asset to the Board of Directors at BIEBS Private Ltd.

Lead EngineerFrankie’s first assignment was as a field engineer on the Brigham and Women’s Hospital project in Boston.

Construction ManagerRobert began his career with Structure in New York in 1984 and progressed through a variety of assignments.

Chief Financial OfficerSteve joined Structure as an assistant engineer in the company’s Cincinnati office in 1981.
