Disgruntling public, fight between public service provider and public, complaints after complains, deliberate allegations among the service providers and receivers etc. is our daily drama in the country. In order to enhance effective public service delivery by the Local Governance ( LG)and Public Service Provider ( Government Agencies) harmoniously to the public, certain art, Knowledge, Skills and science of Public Care and Management is essential. Keeping in mind and the sets of knowledge and skills gaps between the service provider and the receiver, BITAD has designed five days training on Public Care and Management Training focusing on behavioral change management training program in public service delivery for Local Governance ( especially for Thomdes, Gewogs and Government agencies) and Government Agencies ( RSTA, Police, Customs Officials, Immigration Officials etc. )with effect from April 24-28, 2017 in the BITAD Training Launge at Babesa, Thimphu. Interested Organizations may nominate the participants and send them for training.
